You are an account owner — not just a scheduler. You will manage up to 3 client accounts end-to-end: content calendar, caption writing, organic growth strategy, trend monitoring, and monthly performance reporting. You understand how paid and organic work together and you bring that perspective to every account. Our clients span brand marketing, performance consumer goods, and entrepreneurship education — your ability to shift voice and strategy across each one is as important as your ability to execute within it.
- Own up to 3 client accounts end-to-end — calendar, captions, scheduling, and posting
- Build and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Write captions for all feed posts — Reels, carousels, statics — in each brand's distinct voice
- Schedule and publish all approved content using Loomly
- Own organic growth strategy — reach, follows, saves, and profile visits
- Pull and deliver monthly performance reports with clear takeaways
- Monitor platform trends daily and bring relevant opportunities proactively
- Cross-post top-performing Reels to TikTok and manage cadence
- Research and rotate hashtag sets monthly — not recycled
- Manage project tasks in ClickUp or Asana
- 3–5+ years managing social accounts for a brand or agency — not just personal accounts
- Experience with DTC and e-commerce brands — you understand how social drives sales
- Industry experience: consumer goods, apparel, footwear, sports, performance, or education brands
- Demonstrated organic account growth you can point to and explain
- Strong caption writing across multiple brand voices simultaneously
- Experience pulling and presenting monthly performance reports
- Working knowledge of paid social — you understand the ecosystem even if not running campaigns
- Familiarity with trends — you know what is happening on platform before it peaks
- Experience with Loomly, Buffer, Later, or equivalent scheduling tools
- Proficiency with ClickUp, Asana, or equivalent project management tools

Execute visual creative from brief for a performance brand — static posts, carousels, Story frames, Reel overlays, and paid ad creative. You work within an established brand system with precision and speed. You follow the brief. You do not redesign the brand. Starting with one account, with potential to grow across the BTWN WRLDS client roster.
- Design all organic feed assets — Reel covers, static posts, carousels, Story templates
- Design paid ad creative — static and carousel units for Meta and Google Display
- Build and maintain the brand design system — templates, highlight covers, grid systems
- Execute monthly design briefs from the lead strategist
- Deliver assets in correct specs for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google
- Complete 2 revision rounds per asset set within agreed turnaround
- Organize and label all files clearly in shared Google Drive
- Manage design tasks in ClickUp or Asana
- 3–5+ years graphic design experience specifically for social media
- Experience with DTC and e-commerce brands — you understand how creative drives conversions
- Industry experience: apparel, footwear, sports, performance, or consumer brands
- Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite — Illustrator and Photoshop minimum
- Strong understanding of platform specs and scroll-speed creative performance
- Ability to work within an established brand system — you enhance, not reimagine
- Portfolio demonstrating brand-consistent, high-volume social creative for real clients

Own the full creator pipeline for a performance material science brand — sourcing, vetting, briefing, contracting, tracking deliverables, and organizing assets. You're the person creators work with directly, and you make sure every asset arrives on time, on brief, and ready to deploy. Starting with one account, with potential to grow across the BTWN WRLDS client roster.
- Source and vet creators across Instagram and TikTok — paid UGC, paid influencers, and gifted
- Build and maintain a pipeline of 5+ active creators per month
- Write creator briefs — clear, brand-consistent direction that produces usable content
- Send and manage creator contracts — rate negotiation, usage rights, timelines
- Own all creator communications from first outreach through final payment
- Track all statuses and deadlines in ClickUp or Asana in real time
- Collect, organize, and label all incoming UGC assets in Google Drive
- Manage gifting logistics — product shipment and tracking
- 3–5+ years influencer marketing or UGC coordination — agency or in-house
- Experience with DTC and e-commerce brands — you understand how creator content drives sales
- Industry experience: consumer goods, apparel, sports, kids, parenting, or lifestyle brands
- Proven ability to source and vet creators from scratch — not just managing existing rosters
- Experience writing creator briefs that produce on-brand content without heavy revision
- Hands-on contract experience — rates, agreements, and payments
- Proficiency with ClickUp, Asana, or equivalent project management tools
- Comfortable managing 5–10 active creators simultaneously
