✺ Frequently asked questions ✺

  • Most agencies specialize in one area—just social, just design, or just strategy. We offer comprehensive creative services AND fractional CMO leadership, so you can get everything from content creation to strategic marketing direction in one partnership.

  • Our projects typically range from $3K-$25K depending on scope and timeline. We don't do hourly work—we price based on value and transformation, not time. Payment plans available for the right projects.

  • We're selective about one-off work. While we occasionally take on standalone projects, our sweet spot is working with brands that are ready to think strategically and build for the long term. Quick fixes rarely create lasting change, and frankly, that's not the kind of work that excites us.

That said, if you have a specific, well-defined project that aligns with our expertise—like a content audit or brand messaging overhaul—we're open to the conversation. But our most successful clients are the ones who commit to the process, not just the deliverable.

  • We typically have a 2-3 week lead time for new projects, but it depends on scope and our current client load. The good news? We use that time wisely. Once we're aligned on working together, we'll send you our pre-work materials so we can hit the ground running on day one.

If you're in a genuine rush (launching next month, crisis mode, etc.), let us know. We've been known to move mountains for the right project, but we'll be honest about whether we can deliver quality work on your timeline.

  • Yes, as long as we can overlap for key meetings. Most of our work is asynchronous anyway. We've worked with clients across North America, Europe, and Australia successfully.

  • Absolutely. We often collaborate with in-house teams, other agencies, or specialists. Clear communication and defined roles make these partnerships successful.

  • Discovery → Strategy → Build → Launch → Optimize.

We start with understanding your current state and goals, then create a strategic roadmap, build the systems/content, launch with you, and refine based on real-world results.

  • Short answer: No.

Longer answer: We're not a content mill. We create content as part of a larger strategic framework—content that ladders up to business goals, reflects your brand voice, and actually moves your audience to action.

If you're looking for tactical execution without strategy, we're probably not the right fit.

  • Occasionally, for the right partners. We've worked behind the scenes with select agencies and consultants who share our values and approach to client work.

But we're picky about these partnerships. We need to know that our work will be presented and implemented thoughtfully, and that there's alignment on quality standards. If you're interested in exploring this, reach out with details about your agency, your typical client profile, and what kind of collaboration you have in mind.

  • We don't work with brands that:

    • Are looking for quick fixes or overnight transformations

    • Want to "hack" their way to success instead of building something sustainable

    • Aren't willing to invest in strategy (if you just want tactics, we're not your team)

    • Don't have decision-making authority or buy-in from leadership

    • Are in industries that conflict with our values (MLMs, predatory finance, etc.)

We also don't work with brands that aren't ready to be honest about what's not working. Our process involves some uncomfortable truths, and if you're not open to feedback and iteration, the partnership won't be successful for either of us.

  • Access to current brand materials, analytics, and key stakeholders. Honest answers about what's working and what isn't. Commitment to the process and timely feedback. We'll send a detailed prep guide once we're aligned.

  • Creative Department focuses on creative strategy and execution across all your creative needs.

Fractional CMO is broader marketing leadership—strategy, team management, go-to-market planning, and oversight of all marketing functions including paid advertising, PR, and events.
